• Prepayment of 100,00% required for this booking
• Check-in time is after 14:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Room rates include local tax and service charges.
• Note that children aged 6 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.

Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival.
In case of refund, 25.00 EUR will be deducted as the transaction fee for each transaction.
For the airport pickup service request, the driver will be waiting for you for 1 hour. In case of a flight delay, visa issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the guest should pay 350000 IRR (~3 EUR or 4 USD) cash for each extra hour to the driver.

Cancellation policy

The reservation will be held by 24:00, on arrival date

In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 100,00 % of reservation value.

• In case of cancellation 15-1 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation.
